We operate our shipping services throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays. To guarantee the safe arrival of your order in the shortest possible time, we exclusively partner with well-regarded courier agencies.

For deliveries within India, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 3-5 working days. International shipping typically takes about 5-10 working days, contingent on the destination. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control might lead to unexpected delays. Rest assured, we will provide you with timely updates on any such occurrences.

Katansilk extends ‘Free Shipping’ for all products shipped within India. However, for international orders, shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Additionally, customers will be responsible for any import customs duties that apply to handloom products sourced from India in the destination country.

Typically, multiple products from a single order are consolidated into a single box. If you prefer individual packaging for each item, there might be additional charges applicable.

In some remote areas within India, our courier or transport partners may apply an extra surcharge for shipping. If this applies to your order, you will be informed of the “remote area surcharge” prior to finalizing the billing transaction.

Please note that the estimated delivery times provided are indicative and serve as a general guideline. In exceptional cases, factors beyond our control—such as unexpected travel disruptions by courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes—could lead to delays in deliveries.
